1. To chat with another parent or provider using the chat feature on your account, click on the Messenger icon.
2. In the search bar, type in the name of the parent or provider you wish to chat with.
3. Click the Checkmark sign and begin typing your message.
4. If a provider that is not part of your care team wishes to message you, you will see a notification of a new message request in your Messenger Inbox.
5. You will need to click accept to view and respond to their message.
