Getting Started

  1. Login to Community Plus
  2. From your Dashboard, click New Appointment in quick access bar on the right
  3. Select your client(s), and click Continue
  4. You will then be prompted to add in your appointment details such as:
    1. Service Type
    2. Appointment Date
    3. Time and Duration
    4. Providers (i.e. who is providing the service)
    5. Appointment Type: Virtual, In-Person or Phone
    6. Any Additional Notes
  5. Click Schedule and your appointment will be scheduled directly in your Community Plus Calendar and a meeting invite will be sent to you and your client as well
