Your new meeting will appear under Upcoming Appointments within your Dashboard. You will also receive a calendar email reminder as well and your invited attendees will receive a calendar invite.

STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE

  1. Login to Community Plus
  2. From your Dashboard, you will be able to schedule a meeting for later by clicking the New Video Call icon in the upper right corner

  1. Select the meeting type:
    1. Start instant meeting
    2. Schedule meeting for later

  1. When select Schedule Meeting for Later, a pop-up window will appear titled Invite Members where you can invite staff and clients.

  1. Once you click Continue, you will be able to customize your meeting details by specifying the following:

    1. Select a Service
    2. Choose the Appointment Date
    3. Start Time, Duration, and Providers
    4. Select Type of Appointment: In-Person, Virtual, and Phone

  2. Add any additional notes and then click Schedule‍

  3. Your new meeting will appear under Upcoming Appointments within your Dashboard. You will also receive a calendar email reminder as well and your invited attendees will receive a calendar invite.
