1. Once you have selected a provider, for example, a Childbirth Educator, you will need to go to their profile to request an appointment. This can be done from the Find Care page (please refer to How do I find a care provider? article).
2. If the provider has listed different types of services, you can select which service you are interested in.

1. Click on Request Appointment and complete the form associated with the appointment and click Send Inquiry.

1. You will receive a confirmation email that your appointment was requested.
2. Once the provider receives this request, they may respond to you by email (using the email address inputted in the form) or they may send you an invite to join their clinic on Treehouse.
